Billy Ray Hickman O'Bryant, age 78, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant of 23 years, passed away on October 2, 2020, with his wife of 53 years by his side. Billy was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma December 4, 1941 to Willie and Barbara June O’Bryant (Cross). He moved to Dumas, Ark where he graduated from Dumas High School in 1960.
