Larry Randall Burnett, 71, of Dumas, Arkansas passed away April 3, 2023. Larry was born January 18, 1952, Greenhill (Drew County) Arkansas and was the son of the late Bernard and Angela Carter Burnett. His parents and younger brother Mike Burnett preceded him in death.
