William “Bill” Franklin Teeter, 84 of Tillar, Arkansas passed away August 6, 2020 in Dumas, Arkansas. Born in Pottsville, Arkansas on July 14, 1936 the son of the late, Paul William Teeter and Thelma Agnes Rankin Teeter. His parents and a brother, Rankin Teeter preceded him in death.
