Charles Odis Smallwood, JR., 84 of Dumas, Arkansas departed this life on March 7, 2022. Charles was born October 9, 1937, in Lincoln County, Arkansas and was the son of the late Charles Otis Smallwood, SR and Elois Howerton Smallwood. His parents and beloved wife, Bonnie Smallwood, sister Emma Lee Sparks preceded him in death.
