NATIONAL SUMMARY
Tomorrow, a large storm will continue bringing snow, ice and
thunderstorms to the Midwest and Ohio Valley. From North
Dakota to Pennsylvania, snow and ice will lead to rapidly
deteriorating travel conditions throughout the day and into
the overnight hours. Just to the south, from Missouri to
West Virginia, afternoon and evening thunderstorms will
rumble. Thunderstorms will be strong to perhaps severe and
can contain hail and gusty winds. After relentless rain,
California will be primarily dry. Meanwhile, snow showers
will continue across the interior Northwest, toward the
coast rain will mix in. The rest of the nation will be dry,
but areas of fog and a few showers can dampen the Southeast.
Along the Gulf coast, there can be areas of fog to start
before more sunshine in the afternoon.
