The Desha County Sheriff Department thanks their partners at the Dumas Police Department for arresting Kenneth Ketchens on a County warrant for felony Theft by Receiving, and multiple misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear in court April 18, 2023. We will take every theft seriously, and try our best to recover the property and make an arrest.
