Christopher Louis Watts of Charlotte, NC passed away on July 22, 2022, at Novant Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.
Christopher was born on August 1, 1980 in Springdale, Arkansas to Louis Watts and Linda Nichols Watts.
Chris attended Myers Park High School in Charlotte, NC. He was always active in the student government, and in his senior year, was the Student Body President. He attended the University of Arkansas where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in both International Business and Marketing Management, with a minor in Spanish.
Chris met the love of his life, Elizabeth Hollingsworth. They were in a committed relationship of 12 ½ years since 01/01/2010. They shared a wonderful relationship together and he affectionately called Elizabeth by the endearing nickname, “Peaches”.
Chris worked for Wells Fargo as a Retirement Specialist.
Chris grew up in the Episcopal Church and was a Christian throughout his life. He was also a member of Sigma Chi, as well as, Eagle Scouts of America.
He leaves behind his beloved pets, also known as his kids, his dogs Ethel an Agnes, and a donkey named Silkey.
Chris is survived by his loving parents, his mother, Linda Nichols Watts, and his father Louis Watts and his stepmother Peggy Watts. Sisters Kerry Skaradzinski, (husband Greg Skaradzinski) Lilly Watts, (husband Phil Emory) and his niece Ella Skaradzinski.
Other special persons included Elizabeth Hollingsworth's mother Pat Hollingsworth and her sisters Amanda Wise, Fritze Batts and children, Caroline and Dylan Batts, all who Chris loved as family. Ben Davis, his friend since a toddler and too many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to list.
He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Jeff and Katie Nichols, and Louis and Esther Watts.
