Gary Allen Odaware 65 of Gillett passed away August 28, 2022, in Gillett. He was born June 26, 1957, in Monroe, Louisiana to the late Frazier Ray and Eunice Marcelle Jones Odaware. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Paul Odaware.
Gary was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gillett and was a farmer for many years before retiring. He was an outdoors person, he loved to hunt, garden and plant trees and most of all he loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors are his loving wife Sissy Odaware of Gillett, two daughters, Christie Manes (John) of Gillett and Kelly Odaware of Stuttgart, two sisters, Marian Pearson (Richard) and Peggy Boyte (John) both of Lake Providence, Louisiana, two grandchildren Kade Kellebrew and Adalyn Manes and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 5:00-7:00pm and service will be Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at 2:00pm both at Griffin Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Moore officiating.
