Rev. Lawrence H. Posey, 76 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away March 7, 2023. Born July 22, 1946, in Dumas, Arkansas, the son of the late Phillip and Etta Waller Posey.
Brother Lawrence was a member of the Assembly of God Church and was ordained minister in 1975. He served in the United States Army, a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans, member of American Legion, he was a Ham radio operator extra class. Lawrence received his Associate Arts degree from Phillips Community College (University of Arkansas), he was an honors student with a 4.0 average at the age of 69. Lawrence enjoyed planting and harvesting fresh vegetables from his garden, and he also enjoyed fishing.
Survivors are his loving wife, Patricia (Patty) Posey of Dumas, Arkansas, also his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
