Lola Fenton Harris 78, of Little Rock formerly of Dumas, Arkansas, passed away July 21, 2020, in Little Rock.
She was born June 3, 1942, in Horatio, Arkansas to the late Sherman and Lois Casteel Fenton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Howard Russell Harris, three brothers, Lynn Fenton, Bobby Fenton and Wayne Fenton and a nephew, Nicky Fenton.
Lola graduated from Horatio High school and received a degree in education at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. She taught school for total of 32 years, and was very active in the community, loved spending time with her family and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dumas.
She is survived by two sons Mike Rogers of Little Rock and Blake and Misty Rogers of Lake Village three grandchildren, Jonathan and Kimber Joe Rogers of Lake Village, and Sydney Rogers of Little Rock, and a number of nieces and nephews and a host of wonderful caregivers.
Graveside services will be Friday, July 24, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Walnut Lake Cemetery in Pickens, AR with Dr. Tandy Hanson officiating.
