James “Jim” Edward Palsa, 82 of Tillar, Arkansas passed away November 14, 2020 at his home. Jim was born on May 16, 1938 at Carlisle, Arkansas the son of the late, John Edward Palsa and Carra Johnson Palsa. His parents, two sons, James Edward Palsa, Jr., and Christopher Gene Palsa, one sister, Joy Mason preceded him in death.
