George “Junior” Vernon Riley, JR, 82 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away October 30, 2023. Born March 24, 1941, in Dumas, Arkansas and was the son of the late George Vernon Riley, Sr and Opal Kirtley Riley. His parents, three sisters Mary Jo Chance, Maxine Milligan and Ella May Riley and a brother Leon Riley.
