Rev. Arthur L. Hunt, Jr., was one of 15 statewide leaders who were invited to join Governor Hutchinson for a Special Luncheon at the Governor’s Mansion held Monday, October 10, 2022.
Hunt, pictured here with the Governor and some the group that was invited to hear the heart of the Governor for works that the leaders have contributed from their various areas of influence. They discussed a range of topics from Dumas to DC.
On this Thursday, October 27, Hunt will speak ‘LIVE’ in front of Dumas City Hall at 5pm. He will share in part what the Governor’s purpose was for the occasion and also share his plans for a New Day in Dumas.
Many concerns come up from city to city. Hunt will focus on some new opportunities with the USDA REDI, (Rural Economic Development Innovation) initiative which is helping add more programs to the Dumas Higher Education program, DAT-C, Digital Arts Technology College.
DAT-C is overseen by The College of Aspiring Artists which recently brought the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services to the city for INnovation Day 2022. More about DAT-C is available at: www.dat-c.org
