.Edgar Spinks received the $1,000 Rosetta E. Oates Memorial Scholarship. He will be attending the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff to major in Education focusing in Math. Doretha Hawkins, A.L. Reed High School Class of 1969, presented the award to Spinks.
