Richard Loyd Shambley, 73, of Rohwer, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at his home. He was born in Camden, Arkansas on October 8, 1948 to the late Lewis Faye Shambley and Allie Odell Hern Shambley.
