A former insurance agent accused of more than fifty fraud-related charges will spend the next two decadeson probation. According Desha County Circuit Court documents, 42-year-old Joshua J. Smith of Dumas has pleaded guilty in a case that involved 52 felony charges ranging from insurance fraud to theft and forgery.
