LOADED CHICKEN AND POTATO CASSEROLE
5 russet potatoes, pepped and chopped
3 tbls olive oil
1 tbls garlic powder
1/2 tbls onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp; chop; reserving 1 tbls drippings
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese
