LEMON ICE BOX PIE
1 can condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup lemon juice
8 ox Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Combine milk, egg yolks and lemon juice. Heat and cook until thick. Cool completely. Add Cool Whip and spread over crust. Garnish and chill.
