Chenel Dale, daughter of Dieesha and Jimmy Jones, and a 2018 graduate of Dumas High School, has been named the 2025 Teacher of the Year for both her school building and the entire Fayetteville Public School District. A proud member of Bethlehem Worship Center COGIC, lead by Superintendent Timothy Jones and First Lady Linda Jones. After high school, she attended the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K–6) in 2022, followed by a master’s degree in School Leadership, Management, and Administration in 2024.Chenel currently serves as a kindergarten teacher at Asbell Elementary School in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Her dedication, passion, and impact in the classroom have not only earned her recognition at the school level but also district-wide acclaim.
