SOUR CREAM CAKE
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbls vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbls powdered sugar
1 Tbls cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs. Mix dry ingredients together, add to egg mixture alternately with sour cream. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of mixture in greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with pecans, sugar and cinnamon. Pour remaining batter over pecan mixture. Top with remaining pecans, sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
COCONUT
CREAM DESSERT
4 cups cool whip, thawed
2 cups milk
2 pkgs coconut cream flavored pudding mix
1 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix together flour, 1/2 cup pecans and melted butter. Press into greased 9X13 dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over chilled crust. Chill. Mix together pudding mix and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill. Spread with remaining cool whip and top with remaining pecans.
PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE
1 can pumpkin
10 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup brown sugar
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup toffee bits
Ice cream or whipped cream for garnish
Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into 9X13 greased dish. Sprinkle entire box of cake mix on top. Add nuts and toffee bits. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350. Serve with ice cream of whipping cream.
BROCCOLI AND POTATO CHEESE SOUP
32 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cut up potatoes
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1/4 stick butter
1 box Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 tsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. (may be made on stove top as well)
PUMPKIN PIE SCENT
1 tbls pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cinnamon sticks
Place in small saucepan of boiling water. Simmer on low until your home smells delicious.

CHICKEN SALAD
1 pound boneless chicken breasts; cooked and cubed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbls sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbls chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix all together and chill.
