15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
3 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 avocado, peeled and cubed
15 oz can shoepeg corn, drained (optional)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup red Russian dressing OR olive oil and balsamic dressing
