2 tbls cornstarch
1 tbls instant grits
2 tbls butter, divided
3/4 tsp salt, divided
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbls olive oil
1 cup diced tomatoes
