SHRIMP TORTILLA SOUP
5 cups chicken broth
3 cups corn tortillas, cut into strips
1 pound shrimp, peeled
1 chicken breast, cut in bite sized pieces
2 small cans green chilis
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 tbls butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
