Dear Editor:
I would like to take this time to speak to the citizens of Dumas, Arkansas. A few of us have quoted Mr. Terry Hawkins in what he published before he died.
"It doesn't matter if we vote new people in office, and we continue to repeat the same cycles over, not making changes, things will not get any better for us."
