On Saturday, September 23rd, at 11:15 p.m., Deputy Wayna Green was patrolling the Watson area, when he noticed a vehicle illegally parked on Yancopin Road. As Deputy Green approached the vehicle, he recognized the driver, as Don Love of Watson.
