The mother of Aderrien Murry, the 11-year-old who was shot by an Indianola police officer on May 20, has signed a criminal affidavit in Sunflower County Justice Court against the officer.
Nakala Murry signed the affidavit today against IPD Sgt. Greg Capers, according to the family attorney, Carlos Moore of The Cochran Firm.
