The Dumas House Authority Simpkins Manor will be dedicated March 2, 2024 at 12 pm.
The building honors Dumas Resident Mose Simpkins, Who was the first president of the Dumas NAACP Chapter. The DHA originally dedicated the building in honor of Simpkins in early 2000s.
