Roger Dale King, 69 of Gillett, Arkansas passed away January 24, 2022, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Roger was born September 14, 1952, in Dumas, AR to the late Marvin and Mattie Carter King. His parents and one brother Danny King preceded him in death.
Roger attended the Gillett United Methodist Church. He was owner and salesman for King’s Auto Sales, and previously worked as salesman at Dumas Ford Motor Company for many years. Roger loved to deer hunt, enjoyed the great outdoors and taking care of his home and property.
Survivors are his wife Susan King of Gillett, Arkansas and two sons Brian Reed and wife Sheri of Benton, Arkansas and Lyn King and wife Amy of Gillett, Arkansas and one sister Dottie Collins of Dumas, Arkansas and four grandchildren Lauren Reed Anderson (Avery), Blake Reed, Logan Reed and Erin King.
Visitation from 5 – 7 pm on Friday, January 28, 2022, Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services 10:00 am Saturday, January 29, 2022, Gillett United Methodist Church with Rev. Deanna McCormack officiating burial following in Gillett Cemetery.
