Virginia Juanita Williams, 93, of Tillar, Arkansas passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022. She was born February 11, 1929 in Ola, Arkansas to the late Elder Howard and Lillian Fuller Howard. Virginia was known as one of the best cooks around. She also enjoyed working in her yard and loved spending time with her family and friends
