Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders and legislative leaders have said they won’t seek a tax cut in next year’s legislative session. They could do one in a special session later once the budget picture is clearer. But shrinking surpluses and upcoming expenses would suggest any tax cut would have to be small, if there’s one at all.
