On or about June 5, agents of the Tenth District Drug Task Force received information about a subject delivering illegal drugs to Monticello from Dumas. Shortly later agents came in contact with Kerry Gilliam from Dumas AR. Gilliam was in possession of marijuana and suspected crack cocaine.
