Arkansas state legislators can amend constitutional amendments initiated by voters as a result of an Arkansas Supreme Court decision last week.
The 7-0 majority opinion, written by Justice Cody Hiland, said the “plain language” of the Arkansas Constitution lets legislators change those amendments with a two-thirds majority.
