On Monday April 7th, the following persons accepted negotiated plea agreements and were sentences in Desha County Circuit Court:
Taylor Watts- Forgery- 5 years probation and a $1,000 fine.
John Ercolano- Manufacture Controlled Substance Schedule VI- 2 years Suspended Imposition of Sentence, plus a $1,500 fine.
