Norma Moore Fletcher, "Memer" to her grandchildren, age 87 of Monticello, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020, at the Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello. She was born August 18, 1933, in Little Rock, AR to the late Ralph H. Moore and Eva Calhoun Moore. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m.
